Returns and Exchanges


15-day unconditional return policy * 
If you received the goods you have any unsatisfactory, please contact customer service within 15 days after receipt of the parcel for unconditional return, In addition to damages to products upon delivery or expired items or incorrect and missing items, returns for other personal reasons will be accepted but the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Please check carefully when you receive the goods. If there is any damage, leakage or deterioration, please contact customer service to provide the relevant order number and clear picture.
If goods damaged, or incorrect, missing or expiry date, etc., please apply for return within 15 days after receipt of the package. And please send clear pictures of damaged, expiry date, incorrect, missing goods, and the clear photos of your parcel within the whole order information to customer service email customer@namibeauty.com. When supply adequate, we can be re-issued by the requirement, otherwise, we will refund to you.


Beauty Products
Due to sanitary reasons and commodity safety, we do not accept returns on cosmetics products which have been opened or used. Please make sure that the items that require the refund are unopened, unused, and intact. Due to skin allergies and other personal factors, we do not accept returns for beauty products. 

RETURN PROCESS:
1)    For all returns, please send the return application to our customer service email: customer@namibeauty.com before returning the goods. If the return is due to our reasons, such as we shipped the incorrect, expired, missing item(s) or the item was damaged upon arrival, please send us clear pictures of the order information and related products of your package to email: customer@namibeauty.com.

2)    After our confirmation, we will inform you by email that we accept the return, and the freight or other expenses incurred will be borne by Nami or the customer according to the actual situation.

·      If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as the customer ordered incorrect item(s), or the customer wants to return for no apparent reason, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.

·      If the return is due to Nami’s reason, such as we shipped the incorrect item(s) / merchandise or the item(s) / merchandise was damaged upon arrival, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


3)    After receiving the return package, we will notify you by email and make reissues or refunds. The refund requires 5-7 working days to be displayed on the bank/PayPal account that you paid at the time. Statement: the returned goods must be unopened goods, customer service will be checked after receipt of the return package, once confirmed intact will handle the reissue or refund. (if the goods are not mailed back within 15 working days after the return application is approved, the return application will be canceled.)
